How to Order?

1) Email the item's code(s) with your personal details:

2) Once we confirm your order, please make payment to our Maybank account within 24 hours. Payment details will be given upon order confirmation.

3) Email us your proof of payment (i.e. bank transfer receipts/Maybank2u receipts) with the reference number.

4) Order will be mailed once payment is received.

Reservation

Item(s) can be reserved verbally for 2 days only.
If you need a longer period, please pay a non-refundable 10% deposit via the method above. Item(s) will be held for you for 10 days once we receive payment.
If we do not hear from you in 10 days, the item(s) will be opened to public.

Installment

We allow you to make payment in 2 installments, even if you just buy 1 item!
A 50% deposit will be needed upfront. Item(s) will be delivered to you once full payment is made. If by any chance you change your mind within the booking time frame, we will refund your deposit less 15%. Time frame for the booking system is 2 months. This means you will need to cancel your order/settle your payment within 2 months starting from date of order.
After 2 months, we will cancel your order, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please email us if you need further assistance/requirements. We're open to suggestions.

Shipping

Item(s) will be shipped via POS Laju or POS Ekspress.
1. Poslaju
-Peninsular Msia : RM 7 (for first item, add RM 3 for each additional item)
-Sabah/Sarawak : RM 8 (for first item, add RM3 for each additional item)
2. PosEkspres
-Peninsular Msia : RM 6 (for each item)
-Sabah/Sarawak : RM 7 (for each item)
3. COD - can be considered if in these areas: Bangsar/KLIA/Puchong. Meeting points will be in a public area i.e. restaurants/shopping malls/somewhere :)

T & C

- All sales are final, item(s) purchased are not exchangeable nor refundable unless there is a defect.
- Bear in mind that it is difficult to exactly capture each fabric's colors and design. Also, fabric's images/photos may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
- Full payment is required before we can deliver your item(s).
- Price is non-negotiable unless you buy RM500 and above.
- Some items are restockable. Contact us.
- We're not responsible for any loss or damage of item(s) during transit.
